Hi @kyashan22,
I see that you’ve also opened a support ticket regarding this on our site, we can continue our conversation regarding this there.
Best regards,
Hi @boxhamster,
On the pages where you have our forms, like the Registration, Login, etc, we recommand excluding these pages from your caching plugins/functionalities. Normally, all caching plugins should have an exclude functionality/setting that you could utilize for this.
Now, I have not seen this also affecting the Shop page, but from what you’ve described this issue appears to be also caused by caching.
Best regards,
Hi @spicon1,
With Paid Member Subscriptions you have access to the following payment gateways: Stripe (accepting credit/debit card payments), PayPal and the Manual/Offline payment gateway. Adding a new payment gateway is a rather complex endeavor, so it’s not recommended to get into that, nor is our development team likely to add a new one any time soon. Unfortunately, we also do not have available documentation on how to achieve this.
Note: Maybe while using Stripe as a payment method you can achieve something similar. I’ve also searched online and it seems that Stripe allows you to link your Wise account, but there are some limitations. You can read more about this here, and in case you have specific questions about this Stripe-Wise link, then I suggest you either ask Stripe or Wise Support since they would most likely be able to help with those.

Hi @hello2017,
- To what verification link are you referring to? Are you referring to the Email Confirmation functionality?
- Exactly, what do you mean by “using your registered email address“?
Best regards,
Hi @ecarmie,
Thank you for your detailed message!
I’ve also created a test account on your site and observed this issue. Since it might be a change that this is related to caching:
1. Do you use any caching plugins? If so, could you please exclude our pages, the pages created with our shortcodes, especially the page where you have the PB Recover Password form ( [wppb-recover-password] ) from it, and check if the issue persists?
2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists.
3. Please create a new page on your site and on this new page add only the PB Recover Password form ( [wppb-recover-password] ) and check if the issue still persists.
Best regards,
Hi @borkrow,
This might be possible with custom code, but you will need to check with a developer to help with this since we do not have the available resources to help with this type of custom work (nor we do have available documentation on how to achieve something like this).

Hi @tcbl2023,
To get a better idea of this:
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
- Could you please provide the URL of the page where you encounter this issue?
- Could you please take a screenshot of how the PMS Content Restriction was applied to that page and exactly what is the issue you encounter? You can take a screenshot separately where the exact issue can be seen.
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

Hi @wporguser69,
For the user to choose their display name you can use the default “Display name publicly as” field. You can read more about this field here. It’s important to mention that this field appears only on the Edit Profile form (and it’s hidden on the Registration form).
Now, with the “Display name publicly as” field the users will be able to select one from the available options which are based on the First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and also the Nickname field (if this field is added to the form).
Regarding the Nickname field, and more precisely to your last question “How can I allow users to change their nickname under an edit profile page without forcing them to enter it add it during registration registration?“
-> What you’ve described is possible only with the paid version of Profile Builder. But we are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. In case you would like to have that conversation then you can open a support ticket using our site https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/.
Hi @momo92,
No, the shortcode you’ve mentioned is not correct. Please check the following example of how [pms-action] can be used.
[pms-action]
To abandon your subscription, {{abandon}}click here{{/abandon}}.
[/pms-action]You can read more about this shortcode here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/shortcodes/#Generate_Action_Link.

Hi @boxhamster,
I want to mention that the Add User appears only when you, as an Administrator, look at the page where you have the PB Registration form. For a normal logged-out user who is looking at the page, they will see the text “Register”.
In case you still want to change “Add User” to something else (for the Administrators), then you can use the Labels Edit add-on. To activate this add-on, you will need to go to Profile Builder -> Add-ons -> and activate the Labels Edit add-on. After you activate the add-on, you will first need to click on the “Rescan” button (Profile Builder -> Labels edit -> “Rescan Button”), after which you can select the label you want to change.
Best regards,
If you’re using the Gutenberg Edit (the default WordPress editor) then please make sure that you’re using the Shortcode block for both the starting and closing Restrict shortcodes. I’ve taken a screenshot with an example here: https://snipboard.io/yUc39r.jpg.
Hi @davidfonsbo,
When using the PMS Restrict shortcode, besides using the starting/initial shortcode ( [pms-restrict] ), you will also need to add the closing one ( [/pms-restrict] ).
More precisely the content you wish to restrict needs to be between these two shortcodes. You can view an example and also read more about this here.
Best regards,
Hi @davidfonsbo,
- Just to be sure, are you referring to the PMS Content Restriction meta-box, that one from here, not appearing when editing a page with the Gutenberg editor, while also having the Divi theme enabled?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions and Divi (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
- Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> Click edit on a page where you have this issue -> In the upper right corner you will see three vertical dots, click on them -> General -> and on that window, scroll down until you see the “Advanced” section, and take a screenshot from there?
You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.
Best regards,
This is a little more complicated and we do not have available code for something like this.
For what you’re trying to achieve, feel free to further adapt the above code to your liking.
Best regards,
