    Hi!
The YouTube embed iframes are not showing on the public site, when in the editor work fine and it’s happening after last JP update I think.

If I inspect the code, the iframe is empty, here’s the code:

    <figure class="wp-block-embed <strong>is-type-rich is-provider-gestor-del-servicio</strong> wp-block-embed-gestor-del-servicio wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper">
    <span class="zWv2Iy3cEgqaAeTXGxN8kDRdHSwM4LCi"><div class="jetpack-video-wrapper"><iframe title="Risitas y las paelleras" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen="" data-cookieblock-src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/cDphUib5iG4?feature=oembed" data-cookieconsent="marketing" class=" cookieconsent-optin-marketing" style="display: block; margin: 0px; width: 480px; height: 360px;" data-ratio="0.75" data-width="480" data-height="360"></iframe></div></span>
    </div></figure>

You can notice weird classes like is-type-rich instead of is-type-video and is-provider-gestor-del-servicio intead of is-provider-youtube.

I’ve tested on a copy site that hasn’t the JetPack plugin installed and it’s working fine, that is why I think it has something to do with the plugin.

I also having the same problems with the Spotify embed content.

    Could you help me?

    Thanks in advance, regards!

    Hello, there.

Could you share your site’s URL (domain) here, so we can have a look?

If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this form here.

    Thanks!

    Hi!

    Thanks for the answer!
I’m afraid I can’t share the URL with you because it’s a private content inside the website, protected by a paid subscription.

I’ve made some new tests, trying to deactivated the Jetpack plugin and the problem was still there, so I guess it’s not a Jetpack issue. I’ve realized in the Network tab of the inspector that the requests for Youtube videos are being cancelled, but I don’t know why…I guess I will have to ask in the WordPress general support forum.

    Thank you so much, regards!

Sure thing, sounds like you’re off to a great start with troubleshooting, at least! I hope you’re able to get down to the bottom of it.

Have a safe rest of the week.
