Hi @jennyschwickert ,
I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?
- Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
- Switching to the Default theme.
Please read the Testing for Conflicts Article before doing anything.
To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.
Nothing changed. https://florianfraenz.jenny-schwickert.de/1715756364161/?post_type=tribe_events
I deactivated all plugins, changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-FourHi @jennyschwickert,
Did you also test with 2020 theme? If you haven’t tested that yet, please test it as a step of troubleshooting.
Do you experience this issue only with this https://florianfraenz.jenny-schwickert.de/termin/magische-nacht/ event? Can you share a screenshot from its back-end? Also, can you replicate this issue if you create a new event?
2020 has the same issue
https://tinyurl.com/2bqkueor here is a screenshot of the backend
i recreated the event – still the same issue

The “TEST” event is the manually duplicated oneHave you tried setting your events to use the site-wide timezone to see if that resolves the issue?
See- https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/working-with-time-zones/
It is already set to use the site-wide time zone everywhere 🙂
PS: is it possible for you to remove / hide my links in this post? i dont want it indexed – thanks!I tried replicating the issue on a fresh test site, but it’s working on my end.

Could you provide the version of the following? This will help me understand how your system is set up.
- PHP
- WordPress
- The Events Calendar
I hope everything is going smoothly for you. I just wanted to touch base and inquire if you had the opportunity to review my previous response as it has been some time since we last heard from you.
WordPressVersion 6.5.3
Sprache der Website de_DE
Benutzersprache de_DE
Zeitzone Europe/Berlin
PHP-Version 8.2.19 (Unterstützt 64bit-Werte)
Events Calendar Version 6.5.0
PS: is it possible for you to remove / hide my links in this post? i dont want it indexed – thanks!Unfortunately, only forum moderators can remove the links. However, you can try using the WordPress built-in feature that allows you to instruct search engines not to index your site. All you need to do is visit Settings » Reading and check the box next to ‘Search Engine Visibility’.
As for the issue, it seems you’re using PHP 8.2 that we currently don’t fully support. Please try downgrading to PHP 7.4 or 8.0, and see if that makes a difference.
