    Hello, everyone,

I’m about to set up my WC-online shop using WooLentor as extension. Unfortunateley i have an issue with the “WL: Product Image”-widget:
images I add for the products as product gallery images don’t display large on the Single Product Page.
The individual preview images can be seen under the product image, but nothing happens when you click on them.

I noticed that when you enlarge the pictures you can scroll through all the product pictures. It’s really just the problem that on the single product page, clicking on the product gallery thumbnails no longer shows any images…

I have linked a sample product for you.

Can someone tell me whats the issue?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello @trichterbrust

Thank you very much for reaching out to us 🙂

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience you had.

The widget you are using right now, renders output / layout based on your theme style.

We have investigated the link you shared with us and found that your theme is using a CSS which is causing the issue.

Below is a screenshot for your convenience 👇

If you simply remove the CSS line, it will resolve the issue.

    Hope this helps!

    Sincerely,
    Tarek

Ah very very nice, it works after deleting your selected CSS-Code (just changed it on local server). Thank you VERY VERY much!!

Could you explain to me, why the “max-width”-line was causing a visual error?
Was this the case, because we already defined the height?

It’s awesome to hear that the issue got solved after deleting the CSS code 🙂

    Actually, the thing is:

In the default WooCommerce CSS settings, the width is 600%. They don’t use any max-width property.

But, your theme is using the CSS “max-width: 100%“, which is conflicting with the WooCommerce settings. That’s why the transform property is not working as expected.

Hope my response clears things up!

    Best regards,
    Tarek
