woocommerce category product display not all products in the frontend

    Hello everyone, we have products that are listed in several product categories. While editing the page, I noticed that some products do not appear in all assigned categories in the frontend.
    Example:
    Product> listed in 4 categories in the backend. Product only appears in 2 categories.
    I have already tested the following with no results: Removed product from all categories, saved, reassigned categories.
    Does anyone know this bug?

    Shows all 5 results only 4 results are shown

    Hi!

    Can you give us an example of a product, and the category it should appear under?

    You could check visibility settings by viewing all products, select all using the top check box, and under Bulk actions choose edit. Make sure your visibility setting is set to “catalog” or “search & catalog” for all products.

    I wonder also if this may be a plugin conflict.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Test to see whether the problem still exists

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Before you make changes such as disabling your plugins, you may want to consider taking a backup, or cloning your site to a staging environment so that you can perform tests without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin. Link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/

    All plugins switched off:
    Problem not solved

    I’ve narrowed down the problem:
    It’s up to> category widget to sort products.

    If I switch to sort by popularity in Customizer, several products are missing
    If I switch to sort according to standard in Customizer, 1 product is still missing.

    when I test the theme minimal, the sorting widget is not integrated. Here I see all products in the categories.
    I have 22 categories and products are listed in several categories.
    On this side you see the problem:

    With the shortcode:

    [products limit-1 = “” columns = “6” category = “xxxxxx” cat_operator = “AND”]
    I get the same result.

    The problem cannot be solved in this live shop. This shop has been online for more than 6 years and seems to be dragging old database entries with it. The problem has been solved in a new test shop.
