    Hi

    I hope someone can help.

My client would like a Subscription feature on their website: https://amirenedogfood.co.uk It currently uses WooCommerce with simple Products. Do you have a Subscription product that does the following? Does this product do the what I’m asking below?

    https://woo.com/products/woocommerce-subscriptions/

    1. User can choose whether to order a single product OR sign up to a subscription on the same Product page.

    2. User can adjust recurring delivery before buying on the Product page or in the checkout.

    3. User can change billing date and delivery date after purchasing. So e.g. they may only want it every 2 months or every 6 weeks.

    4. User can order another one straight away instead of waiting for the next delivery next month.

Basically it needs to be flexible for the user as much as possible.

    I hope this makes sense.

    Many thanks
    Dave

    Hi @dracreate,

Yes, Woo Subscriptions can indeed provide the flexibility you’re looking for. Here’s how it addresses your requirements:

    1. With Woo Subscriptions, you can offer one-time purchases and subscriptions on the same product page. This allows your customers to choose the purchase type that best suits their needs.
    2. Adjusting the recurring delivery can be done by setting up variable subscriptions. This allows customers to choose their preferred delivery frequency before buying.
    3. After purchasing, customers can manage their subscriptions from their account page. This includes changing the billing and delivery dates. However, please note that the ability to change the delivery date depends on your shipping settings and methods.
    4. As for ordering another product straight away, customers can go to the product page and make a one-time purchase or add another subscription.

Woo Subscriptions is designed to provide you and your customers maximum flexibility.

If you need more information or have more queries about Woo Subscription, please contact us directly from here Woo.com > My profile > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Additionally, please remember that all extensions sold on Woo.com have a 30-day refund policy. If the product doesn’t work how you need it or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to provide a full refund.

I hope this clarifies your concern. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

    Hi there @kattouf,

Yes, you can certainly use WooCommerce Subscriptions with Variable Products. This will allow you to offer both single purchase and recurring subscription options for the same product.

You can learn more about it from our detailed guide here.

    Thanks!

Hello, i read most of the guide and watched the videos. ( i don’t have plugin yet)

If we enable “Variable Subscription as the product type” we have options to set price per billing period

How to set one variation to be single purchase? I don’t see that anywhere.

    thanks

    Hi again @kattouf,

Hello, i read most of the guide and watched the videos. ( i don’t have plugin yet)

I understand you have not yet purchased the plugin yet. I would just like to bring to your attention that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee should the plugin not meet your needs.

With that said, I recommend viewing a demo of how the plugin works by simply clicking on the view demo button, which should lead to a test account creation, and you can explore the product functionality.

thank you, I setup a test account as you suggested. Read all the documents and watched video.

the demo has no subscription products to test.

How to allow single purchase and subscription on a variable subscription product? Can’t figure that out.
