    Hi I have a problem with products not being added to the cart when the add to cart button is clicked.

    If i turn off PPOM I can add this product to cart
    If I have PPOM turned on i can’t add to cart, the page just reloads with nothing in the basket and no notice.

    All other products that don’t use PPOM add to cart fine.

    I have deactivated ALL plugins except Hello Theme and PPOM – Add to cart failed
    Switched to Standard Theme with All plugins deactivated – Add To Cart failed

    Tested and chaged legacy settings – failed to fix problem
    Tested on all browsers – failed to fix the problem

    Rolled back from version: 32.0.22 to 32.0.21 and the problem still exists.

    From hours and hours of testing the problem appear to be in the PPOM plugin.

    We are not sure how long this has been a problem, my client was notified a few days ago but it could have existed for some time as only a few products use PPOM and most people just move on and don’t notify us about the problem.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for using PPOM!

    This issue has been already addressed and it is available in the latest version of the plugin – 32.0.23. Make sure you update and clear the cache.

    Hi Andreea, thanks for your quick response.

    I have cleared all cache’s, browser and server and cannot see version 32.0.23 it says i have the latest at 32.0.21

    I have tried multiple browsers with cleared caches and even went next door and logged in on my neighbour’s computer

    There was a cache issue on our side, but the update is now live.

    Thankyou but now there is another problem. NONE of the fields are required but it keeps saying (Additional Information is a required field) Even though it is 100% not required. It happens on all products that use PPOM. I updated to latest version.
