  • Hi moonbird,

You’re right the first error makes your problems, so you have to fix that error first! I would suggest disabling all your plugins and enabling them one by one. When all are disabled, I believe the issue will gone. When you enable them you can find out which one causes this problems. Once you’ve found which plugin is broken, try to reinstall it or contact its supports

    Hi,
On my localhost, your plugin is now really the only one activated. The error is still there. I dont think its my premium theme (Presscore).
I have the same issue with another premium theme (Sahifa) from another author. In the past I had no issues with AG, since I updated above 1.3 I got the white screen of death like others; therefore at the moment I expect there still must be something going on with the plugin, somehow…

If you disable AGCA, what you see then in browser’s console?

Hi, in that case I see the following:

Consider using ‘dppx’ units instead of ‘dpi’, as in CSS ‘dpi’ means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual ‘dpi’ of a screen. In media query expression: print, not all, (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 1.25), (min-resolution: 120dpi)

event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead. load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=3.8.1:4

Hi, some extra info: I just installed another premium theme (Avada) on localhost, with no plugins. The console gives the same messages as I posted 1 hour ago. So they are WP-related. By the way, to me they look insignificant.

Then I installed AGCA 1.3.4. This time there is no error message in the right upper corner. As far as I have tested, it works correctly.
The console shows no extra messages.

It’s difficult to say. I think that some libraries that you’re using were not up-to-date (jQuery, Bootstrap etc.). You should always make sure that everything is up to date.

I am thinking of jQuery too. (I am not sure if its the up-to-date issue or it is in the moment that the library gets called). In my opinion it would be optimal if new releases of AGCA would be compatible with previous jQuery, because jQuery is used by the premium themes I bought very recently. I’d rather not mess with them already when I update a plugin.
For my theme online atm it seems the best option to stick with the AGCA before 1.3. It works with WP 8.1.
    Cheers!

Unfortunately, we cannot afford to switch back to old libraries. In your case, it’s better to stick with older AGCA version until your theme is updated with new libraries.
