Hi everyone

I’m facing the following challenge:
On the website linked I want to add a dot navigation menu (something like described here: https://tympanus.net/codrops/2014/01/21/dot-navigation-styles/).

I don’t know where to put the required HTML code. I cannot add it to an existing element like a text box because this way it moves with the scrolling, so the dot navigation menu just disappears during scrolling. Where has the code to be put so that is stays fixed or are there some additional lines of code that have to be added to accomplish this?
