What Javascript moves the cursor position in Edit Gallery?

    In the Edit Gallery screen introduced in WordPress 3.5 there appears to be a piece of Javascript which forces the cursor to move the cursor
    to the start of an input box when it’s selected.

    Can anyone tell me what is doing this and where in the WordPress core the code is being triggered?
