The responses in your email notifications are either the details manually inputted by your site visitors or site visitors who have opted to skip answering the survey (by clicking on the Skip link).

If you’re noticing something not quite right within the email notifications, would you be able to share a screenshot with me? I’m happy to take a closer look at things.
