I have been using this for a couple of years and are quite satisfied. It’s also extensible with hooks and filters, so if you are skilled, you can add, remove or alter how it works and their conditions, like limit the time after order date the cancel button appears om My page. Or add extra information on the admin screen list table columns.

The English UI and readme strings are not good, a bit cumbersome to translate.
