Visitor review issue

    All 5 stars are being selected as a visitor review, so it should be 5.0
    But it is showing as 4.5
    Why is it doing this and what can I do to fix it?

    Please share a screenshot of the configuration screen, the screen where you see the review and a direct link to the page.
