Using embed_oembed_html only with videos

    I am currently adding responsive videos into my WordPress theme, using the embed_oembed_html filter. However, the filter will apply to all embeds, regardless of their source. Is there a way of limiting the sources to use only videos, or even from specific sources such as YouTube or Vimeo?
