User Login Issues Across Multiple Countries

Since last night, users from different countries have reported being unable to log in to our site using correct credentials. This issue has been verified by both myself and my colleagues. The only account that can log in is the administrator account.
I have tried disabling all plugins and reactivating them, but the issue persists.
I have also tried flushing the database and user cache, but with no success.
Additionally, I updated the Ultimate Member plugin from version 2.6.* to the latest version, 2.8.6, but it did not resolve the issue.
Do you have any suggestions?
