Use of sub tag for form disclaimer

    I’ve just noticed that the disclaimer for signup forms is wrapped in a <sub> tag. This seems like a pretty poor use of the tag, as it usually carries a whole host of styling that is intended for subscript text, such as line height adjustments, positioning, etc.

    Why would you not use something like the <small> tag instead?

    FYI I’m currently using the code found here to change the <sub> tag to the <small> tag.

    Definitely a valid way while we work things out on our end. Glad that filter proved useful.
