    Hi Team

I am having issues recreating a variable product which i have been able to do successfully in the past like the below. Demo (Style 4) – Donation Platform for WooCommerce (jonh.eu)

I have used all of the same settings for Variable Product for a new project, however only the Simple product option appears on the front end, when I switch to the variable product the radio buttons disappear.

An error appears Currently you can not donate to this project.

Product is not a grouped product and the product is/was  purchasable. It has a base price (which is not working since i uploaded dev version of plugin and now have reverted back to original version) and the status is published. So i’m unsure why it is not working correctly.

I cannot even use the form via the shortcode method

    Hi outlandviz,

    thanks for reaching out.
Can you please send me a screenshot of your variations similar to something like this?

    Best,

Interesting i have added a regular (variation) price to the variations and that has fixed the form

However, i have not added a price to another project of mine – Yet the form still works

I have received the same result from 2 different outcomes?

Yes, each variation needs a base price. You can also see the warning “15 variations do not have prices. Variations (and their attributes) that do not have prices will not be shown in your store”.

I’m not sure why it worked for the other project but in general all products and variations need a base price.

    Best,
    Jonas

PS: If you like Donation Platform for WooCommerce and want to support the further growth and development of the donation plugin (and help me balance out a recent 1 star review), please consider a 5-star rating on wordpress.org.
