• I have a client who is updating the prices in his store, and has found that when he updates the prices for Out of Stock items, their “In Stock?” tag is automatically switched to “In Stock”. When I have tried to change that status in the Quick Edit menu, there is no change and no error is given. It seems impossible to edit the status, for some reason.

When I tried using the Bulk Action Edit, I received the following error:

    https://ibb.co/5hBxTzx

I disabled the theme, and the problem persisted. I disabled all plugins that weren’t produced by Woo, and the problem persisted.

I’m at a bit of a loss here.

    Hi there,

In order to troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

    • Confirm whether you’re seeing the same issue even after disabling all plugins except WooCommerce?
    • The error in your screenshot is pointing towards a plugin called WooCommerce POS – Are you seeing the same error after temporarily disabling that plugin as well?
    • Share a copy of your system status report as found under WooCommerce > Status
    • Confirm whether you’re seeing any errors in the browser tools under the console tab?

    Thanks!

This is indeed a bug in WooCommerce POS. I have just released a fix in v1.6.3. Apologies for any inconvenience.
