Unrecognized request URL (GET: /v1/payment_intents/). If you are trying to list objects, remove the trailing slash. If you are trying to retrieve an object, make sure you passed a valid (non-empty) identifier in your code. Please see https://stripe.com/docs or we can help at https://support.stripe.com/.

Currently getting this error, it occurs in both live and test mode now.
I have installed a SSL plugin to force https but the fix did not work.

  • I am getting the same error if I add a form with Stripe payment to a content block in a tab. When the form is added in a tab, the block to add a credit card number, expiration date and CVC are not displayed. This behavior is the same using the Kadence Block Tab as well as Advanced Tabs by Gutentor. The forms work correctly if they are used as their own block.

    Hi @hindj10

    I hope you’re well today!

Please check in Stripe field settings on the form if the “Payment description” option in “Advanced” tab has any value set. If yes – is it a “number” type filed assigned to it?

If so, please try removing it. If there’s any other form field assigned to the “Payment description” also try removing it, save the form and try if it works.

Let me know, please, about result or if it’s not the case here.

    @jjacoberger

I understand that the issue gives the same error message but – as per this forum guidelines – please do start your own separate thread and we’ll assist you there.

    Kind regards,

    Hey Adam,

That field was set to “319 Golf Society Annual Membership” but I removed it and still got the same error.

    Hi @hindj10

Could you please export your form following this guide https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#import-export and share using Google drive or pastebin.com?

    Hi @hindj10,

Can you please check and confirm that you have shared the export of the correct form?

I checked the export that you shared but couldn’t find a Stripe field in it and couldn’t replicate the issue.

Please verify the form and share the export of the form where you notice the issue so we can help you further.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John

    Hi @hindj10,

Thanks for sharing the form export; on further investigation, the issue is more related to a bug.

This occurs when you have the “Name” field set as “Mulitple”; it works fine when the “Name” field is set as “Single”.

I’m reporting this bug so that this can be looked at asap. In the meanwhile, you’ll have to switch to “Single” in the Name field.

As a workaround, you’ll have to use multiple Single Name fields if you want to add a Middle name, Last Name fields etc

Sorry for any inconvenience due to this.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hello @hindj10 ,

We haven’t heard from you for over a week now, so it looks like the proposed workaround worked for you.
Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
    Kasia
