Unauthorized regitration requests

    I have Ultimate member installed and am having trouble with what appears to be spam registration requests. I do not allow registration requests, rather I manually enter user data after authorization from another individual. I had more than 400 registration requests but I do not have a registration request on my website.

    Hi @svgrainne

    Do you have another membership plugin installed on your site? Also, do you have a malware scanner plugin? I suggest that you scan your site for potential malware. You can try the WordFence plugin.

    Only one membership plugin installed. Also have Akismet anti spam installed.

    Please try using the WordFence plugin and then scan your website. Let’s see if there’s a security issue or malware that will be found.
