Unable to receive two factor auth otp

    I did Setup the Loginizer Two Factor Auth for my website. But I’m not able to receive the otp when I’m trying to login through wp-login. Is there any STMP setup required for the above process? Do let me know if any extra procedure is required to be done in order to receive the otp on email.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. As this is an issue related to the Pro version, we would request you create a ticket on https://softaculous.deskuss.com/open.php?topicId=16 as issues related to Pro versions are not allowed to be solved on WordPress support form.

    But to start off, would you please try Forgotten password and see if you get an email through that, if you don’t get an email through that then the issue is with email delivery, which we would suggest you contact your host. Loginizer does not need any extra procedure to send mail.
