    The map shows an error as “This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.”

    We are going to need a bit more context in order to help you with your issue. For instance, could you please share with us the URL where you have published the store locator? This way we can take a look at the javascript console in our browser and help you determine the nature of the problem.

    Hi again,

    Thanks for getting back.

    In your case, as shown in the following screenshot, the Javascript console in my browser is telling us that you don’t have enable billing in your Google Cloud platform.

    As per our documentation:

    The Google Maps Platform requires the usage of API keys and an active billing account. Please note, a $200 Google Maps Platform credit is available each month, which is sufficient for normal usage.

    This rule has been in effect since mid 2018.

    Please review your Google Cloud account.
