• Our client seems to have accidentally deleted all the products out of a catalog today. We did not have a chance to make a backup before this happened. Is there a cache we might be able to still access? A way to still pull our clients 960 products?

    Unfortunately, there isn’t. If you delete the products from the plugin, they are deleted from your WordPress database. It’s for that reason that we put the warning pop-up when you click the Delete All Products button. You said you don’t have a backup. Perhaps your hosting company takes regular backups of your site and/or database. It’s worth getting in touch with them to see if they do.
