Twenty Fourteen Theme Removing Permalinks

    Is there anyway i can remove the permalinks to each posts on the ‘twenty fourteen’ theme?
    Everytime people click on the blog title they end up in a single post page..
    I wanted to just remove the permalinks altogether from each ‘posts title’..
    So all that is left is what i write in my blog posts and ill link whatever i need to pages from there..
    Anyone got any ideas?

    i found a code like this that removes the posts titles itself..

    .entry-title{
display: none;
}

    but this is not what i want to do..
    is there something similar to the code above i can just change around..
    so i just dont have a link in my post titles?
