Hi,
The ticker stopped working, on my site the following text appeared on ticker place “There is something wrong with the server”.
Also access to the site was painfully slow, even on WP dashboard.
I disabled the plugin and reactivated, The ticker started working, and site access speeds were back to normal.

I think there’s something wrong with your code since this is the second time this append after some time of ticker code running, it just kills the site.
