Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. The thumbnail is showing in the structured data output because you uploaded a featured image to the homepage. This is not an issue; otherwise, you would have seen an error regarding that.
Thank you very much for your reply, but there are many websites which have photos on their home page but they do not face this problem.

From the screenshot you shared from schema validator, it shows 0 error, 0 warning that indicates there is no schema related error on your site.
Are you trying to remove the thumbnailURL? Can you kindly elaborate on what you are trying to achieve by removing thumbnailURL?
Yes I am trying to remove the thumbnailURL because it is coming on my homepage
You can do that by removing the featured image you have uploaded in WordPress for the homepage.
