• I built my website and it was all very good and really beautiful. However, I used this plugin for most of the features because they were really good. However, when I was nearly finishing and I was saving some important blocks on the home page, the entire site stopped saving. I couldn’t save or update my site any longer. I started troubleshooting, deactivating and then reactivating plugins one by one until I realised that the problem was this plugin. Yet, deactivating it deletes all the content with it! As I say, I have to repeat everything! I am too disappointed because this is the first time experiencing such!

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the ElementsKit Plugin.

    I’d like to inform you that we perform compatibility tests on a daily basis. If any issues come up during the test, we try to fix them in no time and release them in the next update. Please be informed that I tested the ElementsKit plugin, in my development environment and I’d like to assure you that everything is working fine there. What is appearing on the Editor is also showing on the front end & I can update it successfully.

    I also would like to inform you that this issue could occur for custom codes. Make sure you didn’t add any custom codes. Then, If you are using any caching plugin on your site, please clear the caches from your site and browser as well. if possible, keep it disabled for some time. Up next, you can disable the unused ElementsKit Widgets and Modules from ElementsKit > Widgets and ElementsKit > Modules. (https://d.pr/v/2eb91l) & check.
