[Theme: PageLines] Black transparent Nav bar appears blue in IE9 after upgrading to 1.2.5

    Some posted this exact problem in the official pagelines forum witha reply from one of the admins:

    “Hi,

    From what I have read this is a bug on our part and will be fixed in an upcoming patch. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. “

    So there is the answer for anyone else who ran into this.
