The header is not working properly

    I have a problem regarding the menu of the plugin, I can see it working as intended in the preview but when I see it on an external device it doesnt work as it should, even after I did test the plugin on a localhost server run with xampp.

    As you can see above, there’s a black bar with the site’s title and as beforementioned, the menu from the plugin isn’t working properly, is there some sort of compatibility issue? since the version of PHP I work with in localhost is different to that from my hosting.

    I request an urgent answer, my boss needs this fixed ASAP.

    Update, I see that the menu from the plugin still shows the collapsible mobile icon.

    Hi @fundacionaragonum,

    According to your explanation, the issue is specifically happening only on your site. Mostly, this plugin is not the culprit.

    I visited your site and I spot two things. It looks like there’s something wrong with the SSL certificate of your domain and your site is very slow.

    As regards to the issue, the black bar, it’s actually due to the cache. Please take a look at the screenshot when I visit the site and this screenshot when I visit the site and add a query to the URL to make sure I am not seeing the cached version.

    Please clear the site cache and it should fix the issue.
