Thank You emails not being sent to Donors.

    The plugin works well, it sends an email to the website Admin after Donations, but the Donors are not getting any emails as Thank You. I installed the Plugin recommended but didnt help (WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips) but I think its not related to this anyway.

    could you please send me a screenshot of the WooCommerce email settings and check the WooCommerce error log? I’m not able to reproduce the error 🙈

    It turned out that my hosting (hostgator) was blocking all emails being sent from my WP installation, because my domain name was newly registered and it seems its a new policy to avoid spam..

    All is well now, thank you!
