Hi guys

I’m new to this but I’m trying to create a template looking like this the design of this page: http://www.flatpanelshd.com/

Basically I need some small “items” on the index page from different categories. When clicking you are redirected to the full article.

Is this possible with WordPress? Is there any template that I could use as a starting point? Or what do I have to consider in this case?
