• Hi, I am having trouble connecting WooCommerce and Printful. Printful says it’s a WooCommerce issue. It worked fine up until a couple of months ago. Can anyone shed light on this?

    Here is the error:

    Hey! Something went wrong with sync. Last sync error: Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access Try to refresh data. If error persists, contact customer support.

    I just left a comment about this under another post, but I’ll post here as well.
    Have you tried disabling any plugins that might be causing this issue? And refreshing data?

    Yes, our developer tried that. It didn’t work. Thank you for replying. unfortunately, we may have to move our product to another platform. We can’t seem to find a solution. Thank you again.
