    Hi @missdjein,

How many subcategories you have? Additionally, could you confirm if all the subcategories have products assigned to them? This is because empty subcategories won’t show up on the lists.

However, you can use this code snippet to show all the categories and subcategories, even if none of them have a product: https://www.tychesoftwares.com/how-to-show-categories-without-products-on-woocommerce-shop-page/

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

    Hey, @missdjein!

I’m glad we were able to help!

As my colleague mentioned, you can use a snippet to show all subcategories, even without products.

While we can’t provide support for code customization as per our support policy, we do our best to offer advice and direct you to appropriate resources.

If you need further help with the snippet, you can visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there too.

I’ll close this thread now, okay?

Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to help or if you have any questions.

    Have a wonderful day!
