• I have used the Pro version for a long time. Suddenly it stops working.

    When someone submits an appointment they get the following error:

    Error saving data! Please try again.
    Error debug information: Column ‘name’ cannot be null

    when I uninstall and reinstall I get:
    You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘TYPE=MyISAM’ at line 9 on line: 1471

    It still installs but does not work.

    I have deleted the tables of the calendar from the db and reinstalled the plugin. No go.

    There apparently is no support unless I pay $25 of a plugin I have already paid $49 for and for which now does not work.

    Without support for this sort of problem this plugin is worthless.

    To correct that problem download and install the latest update of the plugin. Use your personal download link to get the latest update.

    well, as it is said, third time a charm. While the Mysql error still was present, the plugin did install, and I did a quick basic form that worked this time. Hopefully the thing is okay now.

    After the installation please verify if the plugin version number (for the Pro version) is 7.2.15 to be sure that you already have installed the latest update (as today Dec 20, 2015).

    I got the same problem. Updating does not help and I was not allowed to contact codepeople through their web site without paying. My booking system was down for a week without me even noticing loosing me a lot of revenue. Actually it is still down as updating does not work.

    You can post the support ticket at http://wordpress.dwbooster.com/support without paying the support service extension. The support service extension isn’t required for update-related issues.

    I recommend you to post the ticket there to check the problem in detail and get the solution asap.

    Here is what I did to solve this issue.
    I had access to the database through phpMyadmin.
    Then I updated the table cpabc_appointments
    I changed both the columns “name” & “phone” to accept NULL.
    Voila! Problem solved!

    Downloading the latest version of the plugin also makes it compatible with the latest WP version.
