I activated the Author Box for Post pages and my site shows links for FB, IG, Twitter and LinkedIn so I was able to encode these before. The things is I can only see and edit my FB and Twitter links in my User/Profiles page. I need the option to delete/edit all the 4 socials, including IG and Linkedin which I cannot see in the profile section.

Hey,
Thanks for reaching out! You should actually see URL fields for all of these social platforms from Users > Profile. Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Can you also confirm you’re up to date on the theme and of WordPress core?

Hi!

What I only see are fields for my website, Twitter, and Facebook:

Also noticed that the Gravatar pic doesn’t show an updated picture in the Author Box, but it does show an updated pic in the Meta data section in the Title section.

You need to have Kadence Starter Templates plugin running. https://wordpress.org/plugins/kadence-starter-templates/

I am facing the same issue on my website – http://www.thepinkvelvetblog.com

I can only see Twitter and Facebook under the user profile. Twitter and the Instagram link is not working and I am unable to edit. Looking for an option to either edit the links or remove the icons. Tried installing the starter template plugin but didn’t work.

Hey @niharikaverma95 I checked a blog post on your site and the author area is showing the social links all with correct links, did you figure this out?

Hi,

I tried installing a plugin “author bio box” and it helped me adding/editing my social links but I didn’t found any option in theme itself to remove social links or edit them 🙂 Not much of an issue now as the plugin helped me edit the links.
