    30-50% of my forms submitted are not updated in google sheets. Pathetic performance. No reply from support for more than a week.

    @prashantrulz I replied to you within 10 min in the support email and asked for some info. But you copy-pasted the first email again without providing any additional info. Then I asked again and you did the same. How can I provide support without knowing the exact situation? The plugin is being used by a few thousand users and the majority are using Google Sheets integration.

    Now I see you have given a 1-star review. That’s pathetic.
