Showing fatal error while activating Pro plugin

    I was about to add “PW gift card pro” plugin to the website but while activating the pro plugin it is giving “fatal error”. ( Please refer attached screenshot )

    You must uninstall the free version before installing the Pro version. You will not lose any gift card data or customizations.

    To uninstall the free version, follow these steps:

    1. Log into your WordPress admin area.
    2. Click on Plugins > Installed Plugins.
    3. Scroll down and locate “PW WooCommerce Gift Cards”
    4. If you have the free version (doesn’t say “Pro” in the title) then click on Deactivate and Delete. You will not lose any gift cards or customizations.

    Now you can install and activate the Pro version.
