Show Custom taxonomy in my Custom Post Type template

Hello,
I’m creating a template (theme/template-parts/content/content-single-my_cpt.php) for my Custom Post Type (Twenty Twenty-One theme).
Thanks to this doc:
https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/displaying-custom-field-values-in-your-theme/I have managed to display the fields.
My question is with Custom Taxonomies. I only get a NUMBER.
How can I retrieve the value of the Custom Taxonomy of the current post with a link to the Custom Taxonomy page? Many thanks!
