Should I enable any of the general options if I use WP-Rocket and Cloudflare?

    Hi, I am currently using Cloudflare along with WP-Rocket and my question is regarding the use of shorcode:
    [geoip_detect2_show_if country=”XXX”]TEXT[/geoip_detect2_show_if].

    1: If I use the shorcode within each publication, is it necessary to enable any of the general options like disable cache or enable Ajax?

    2: What happens if I want to insert the shorcode using Ad Inserter? This plugin allows me to make an insertion with a delay.

    Could you instruct me to determine for sure what would be the best configuration for both alternatives in the General Options of your plugin please, thank you very much.
