Could you please explain how you want to ship a single product in multiple packages from two separate locations? Once I have a better understanding I will be able to guide you further.
If you mean multiple warehouses, the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax extension does not offer a feature to handle multiple warehouses. For this purpose, you may check out Multi Inventory Management extension.

The product comes with two parts that are shipped from separate locations.
Part #1 shipped from location A
Part #2 shipped from location B
I don’t really need something that keeps track of inventory in separate warehouses. It just needs to be able to calculate taxes and shipping and allow me to print out shipping labels with two points of origin. From what I’ve found it looks like I’ll probably need a multi-warehouse plugin to do this, though 🙁 I’ll look into the extension you suggested along with some other options. Thanks!

I understand it now and I will again suggest the Multi Inventory Management extension.
I realize it has several other features that you do not require but I cannot think of another extension that only offers a feature to calculate taxes and shipping for two different origin points.
