Sending Add-Ons Added via Plugin via Invoice

    Hello,

    On the page (https://www.lameuniform.com/kadin-uniforma/kadin-likrali-scrubs-takim/), there are product extra add-ons of plugin added to the Woocommerce product.

    These Features in Turkish:

    • Metin Nakış Ekle
    • Hazır Logo Nakış Ekle
    • Paça Boyu Ayarlama

    We work with a Turkish invoice integrator called “Bizimhesap.com”. When a Woocommerce order is created, an automatic invoice draft goes to their system for create an invoice. However, the features I created using the plugin are not included in this draft.

    “Bizimhesap.com” says that either these features should be sent as “variants” or their parameters should be set to “note”.

    My request from you is that we can add a field as a “NAME” or “ID” to the forms.

    I actually don’t know if this will work or not. Do you have any solution suggestions for us?

    Our request is to include these product add-ons in the invoice draft sent to Bizimhesap.com.

    “WooCommerce panelinden gelen siparişlerde siparişe BizimHesap panelinde eşleşen ürün verileri yansıtılır. Yani BizimHesap panelindeki ürünlere de WooCommerce tarafındaki özellik/varyantların girilmiş olması gereklidir.

    Örnek olarak iletilen 10231 sipariş numaralı sipariş üzerinde yaptığımız kontrollerde MENLX-3001-UST stok kodlu 3001 Likralı Polo Yaka Üniforma Üst isimli ürüne BizimHesap panelinde sadece BEDEN ve RENK varyant özellikleri girilerek kayıt edilmiş ve ürün eşleşmesi sağlanmış. Bu sebep ile ilgili ürün kartında sadece beden ve renk varyantı olduğundan siparişte de sadece beden ve renk varyantı görüntülenmektedir.

    İletmiş olduğunuz görseldeki Metin Nakış Ekle ve Satır birimleri herhangi bir ürün özelliği / varyant olmaması ve BizimHesap panelindeki eşleşen ürün kartında da tanımlı olmaması sebebi ile yansıtılmamaktadır. İlgili verileri siparişlerin AÇIKLAMA “note” parametresi altında iletebilirsiniz. Aşağıda görselini ilettiğimiz alanda görüntülenebilir.”

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I checked and probably it’s necessary to make an integration between our plugin and the plugin you use for create the invoices.

    Our plugin store the addons as order item meta.

    Probably they can check if it’s possible to also display the order item meta associated to each product.

    In this way, it should be possible to display this information in the PDF.

    They can check how our plugin store the meta data in the order item

    wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-advanced-product-options/includes/class-yith-wapo-cart.php

    I suggest you to give their this information in order they can create the integration.

    I will definitely find a solution regarding integration, but I have a question. As seen in the screenshot named ss1.png (our old software), the addon appears as $text / $note. How can I include this in your plugin? Is it possible for you to provide support?

    Probably you can create an addon type text that can help you to get your goal in order to add notes to your products.

    In this way, you’ll leave an option to customers to leave notes on your products.
