Selected product doesn’t appear until user scroll through product pages

    Using: WooCommerce
    Specific plugin: YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards

    1. Go to the shop page: https://anniesalness.com/shop/
    2. Gift Cards category
    3. Look at result: no gift card but pagination indicates 2 pages of results
    4. Select page 2 – Whole store displays rather than the gift card category
    5. OR Start from scratch steps 1 -3 and then select Next>> – Same result
    6. EITHER Go through steps 1 – 3 or 4 again and the gift card item displays.

    What’s wrong with my product setup? I believe the gift card is the only product with this poopy behavior.

    Hi @gotsowell

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:
     

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Can you please ensure you are using the latest version of all of your extensions? In particular I see that WooCommerce hasn’t been updated
