That doesn’t look like the default PowerPress Media Player, which relies on the MediaElement.js player built into WordPress. Is that media player supplied with your WordPress theme? Or is it created using a plugin outside of PowerPress? If either of these conditions are true, you’ll need to contact either the appropriate theme or plugin developer(s) for support.
The default PowerPress Media Player can be customized thru CSS. More information on that here:

If the player you’re using is based on the MediaElement.js player, there are other resources online for customizing the player. A general web search may turn up some good information on that.
