Radio button glitch

    I’ve created a form with mostly radio buttons, but when I click on a radio button, another random button is selected in the list instead of the one I’ve selected. I’ve tried to see if it’s a plugin clash or theme problem but the problem persists. Hope someone can help!

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    After inspecting the page I found that you are using the same values for all the radio items. Here is a video where I reproduced and showed the solution for this issue. Just give each Radio item a different value and I hope the issue will be solved right after that.
