Products are changed from variable to simple

    The product is being automatically modified from variable to simple, and in some the image is also removed. This means that you cannot sell the product correctly.

    The system makes this change automatically and in some cases it eliminates its attributes, which when manually changing it to a variable product I must create all its attributes again along with its variants.

    It sounds like there might be a conflict with a plugin or theme. To troubleshoot, please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to a default theme like Storefront.     • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    So far I can’t find anything about why this error could be generated, although it hasn’t happened again. I’ll keep you informed.
