I currently run 2 stores. One offers national delivery the other offers local delivery. I want to put them all in one. Certain items are only available to local delivery. Is there a way of hiding a product based on the zip code entered at registration or a pop up on the site?!

I suggest that you check out the Product Restrictions by Zip Codes plugin. Although it is a third-party plugin, but as per their description, it allows you to restrict your products by Zip Code.

Alternately, you can use the WooCommerce Conditional Shipping and Payments plugin. It allows you to restrict products, shipping methods, and payment gateways based on various conditions, including customer location.
