Product Stock Changes Incorrectly By Itself

We have an issue with our WooCommerce website where our product changes its stock count incorrectly by itself.
It started with Probiota HistaminX where the front-of-house sets its stock to 0 or by negative integer (the product can be backordered). By the next day, the stock count becomes 30+.
Today, the same issue occurred with Vitamin D. The stock count was set to -5 and by the weekend the stock count changed to 42.
Please help resolve this. I am not sure how to track these type of issue.

We have an issue with our WooCommerce website where our product changes its stock count incorrectly by itself.

However, this kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine this is to:- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
