Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
Can you also send us a screenshot of the error that you are seeing and what steps you have taken before seeing the error.

To do that we need to manually empty the data used for the previous connection to Facebook.

To manually reset Facebook, a few things can be done:
– there is a plugin to do this at this link. Install it and run it, and it will reset Facebook to allow for re-syncing of products.
– For just the product reset (and not the entire plugin) there is a snippet that can be placed in your theme’s
functions.phpfile at this link.The former will reset everything, the latter will reset just the products. If Facebook is hanging just on the product sync, run the second option (the snippet). If it is freezing overall and not responding, run the first option (the plugin).
