Hello,

I have a problem with VAT, i use for my taxi agency a plugin called chauffeur taxi booking you can find it here.

when i put in the plugin my two different tax everything works fine as you can see on this image https://ibb.co/dmzKrFR but when it comes to woocommerce it’s going wrong the subtotal is correct the VAT is correct but the total is wrong. i tried to put the VAT in woocommerce at zero but it puts the same total than the subtotal without adding the taxes.

I am happy to help you in any way we can, but please note that we are not able to help with third-party plugins. So let’s take a look at the issue, and see if the plugin’s support, okay?

If you add, for testing purposes, a simple product via the default WooCommerce interface, is the VAT calculated correctly?

Can you please share screenshots of how you have this set up so we can take a look?

We need screenshots of:
- WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes
- WooCommerce > Settings > Taxes > Standard Rates
- If you have reduced rates and zero rates, please also share those

Based on this statement, and the settings showcased in the screenshots shared above, it appears that WooCommerce core is functioning as expected.

Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to reach out to the chauffeur plugin’s support channel (linked here) about this, or otherwise?
