• I use AutomatorWP to enroll users in courses, as I don’t use the internal learnpress payment engine.
Well, AutomatorWP switches the course to enrolled and the course is also visible on the user’s page in the wp backend, but in the private area of Learnpress the course is visible, but “not enrolled”. When the user clicks on the course, the course is blocked: the “enroll” button has also disappeared.
    I hope I have explained …
    Thank you …

We not sure about this case, maybe have a conflict between version 4.0 and AutomatorWP, Do you have the test page?

    I don’t know, it’s possible…
What do you mean by test page?
    Thank you!

    Hi,

If you have a test site, our developer can check for you to find the cause of problem. Can you tell us about wich theme your use(name, version), version of AutomatorWP plugin? We will try to create a site test on local to check.

    Thanks.

I can create momentary credentials for my site as an administrator if you tell me how I can send them to you privately.
I use Smart Theme 3 by OptimizePress, but I also tried the Twenty Twenty theme to isolate the problem: nothing has changed.
I use AutomatorWP 1.6.0 (latest version).
    Thank you!

I have partially solved the problem.
I put a price on the course (it was free before because I manage payments outside Learnpress) and now it works.
However, if I put an external link (to buy the course) under “External link”, the “Start Now” button disappears again.
In my specific case it would be useful if the button remained to be able to enter the course.
    Thanks so much.
